VIDA Internacional is dedicated to the improvement of our guests’ well-being by introducing them to a new lifestyle based on principles of holistic health. Each element of our program has the specific objective of achieving restoration through nutrition, exercise, rest, and trust in God.

Lodging Options

• Double room with shared bathroom: $160 per week (Sunday – Friday, all meals and treatments included).

• Single Room “Suite” with private bathroom: $200 per week (Sunday – Friday, all meals and treatments included).

Therapy Services

Depending on the clinical framework of each participant, we may apply a combination of the following treatments (3 daily for 6 days).

• General Massage
  • Back Massage
  • Arm Massage
  • Leg and foot massage
  • Face massage
• Hydrotherapy
  • Steam bath
  • Poultices and compresses
  • Footbath
• Clay-Therapy
  • Applications of clay in specific areas of the body depending on the clinical evaluation of each patient.
• Physiotherapy
  • Rehabilitation treatments after diagnosis and special assessment.

Dietary Provision

All the meals provided are 100% vegan-vegetarian (The kitchen does not use the following foods: flesh foods of any kind, dairy products, refined products etc.). Additional charges may apply if the patient’s condition requires special dietary elements.

Planned Exercise

During the entire duration of the program participants will have scheduled times in which they may participate in aerobics, guided nature walks, and resistance exercises in the gym.

Getting Here

VIDA Internacional is located in the town of El Suyatal, approximately 90 minutes from Tegucigalpa, the capital city of Honduras.

International lifestyle guests should book their flights directly to Tegucigalpa International Airport. Transportation to and from VIDA Internacional can be booked through the Lifestyle Center at a cost of $100 for the round trip.
